Because of the virus, we all have been granted a reprieve on our Taxes, we now have until July 15 to file AND pay our taxes. That is definitely a first.

The fallout for housing and for mortgage continues to change at a quick pace from the Coronavirus. Many are catching their breath from the rapid changes in last couple of weeks. Despite all of the craziness in the market, buyers are still buying and sellers are still selling. You may see some Panic here and there but for the most part, the market conditions are still strong with low rates and lenders are still lending. If you are considering buying, make sure that you are prepared with you credit, down payment and lender all lined ready to go. Sellers, don’t hesitate to properly prepare your home, curb appeal, interior staging, a little paint can all go a long ways and pull top value out of your home.
